In diesm Beitrag stellen wir Ihnen unterschiedliche Teleskop-Varianten mit Zirkon vor.
In this paper, we presentate you different telescope variants with zircon.

Im Kundenauftrag fertigten wir die Primärteleskope auf natürlichen Zähnen und Implantaten.
By the customer order we manufactured the primary telescopes on natural teeth and implants .

Im Falle der Implantate arbeiten wir auf Klebebasen. Die Teleskope werden auf 0°-1° gefräst.
In the case of implants , we are working on bonding bases. The telescopes are milled to 0 ° -1 ° .

Je nach Form des Stumpfes werden die Teleskope aufgrund der Grazilität mit oder ohne Stufe gefräst.
Depending on the shape of the stump, the telescopes are milled due to the gracefulness with or without stage.

Nach einem taktilen Scan (Renishaw) werden die Friktionskappen aus PEEK gefräst.
After a tactile scan (Renishaw) the friktion caps are machined from PEEK.

Bei Innenteleskopen aus Zirkon verwenden wir gerne zahnfarbenes PEEK.
In case of inner telescopes made of zirconium we like to use tooth-colored PEEK.

Für das Metallgerüst wurde ein weiterer Scan angefertigt.
For the metal frame, a further scan was made.

Auch dieses Gerüst wurde auf dem Modell auf korrekten Sitz hin überprüft und dem Kunden zur weiteren Verarbeitung geschickt. Dieses Gerüst kann jetzt wahlweise im Mund oder auf dem Modell mit den PEEK-Kappen verklebt werden. Hierzu werden sowohl das Metall, als auch das PEEK sandgestrahlt, mit geeigneten Bondern konditioniert und mit Panavia verklebt.
