The new zircon has the trade name „Titian high–translucent“ and is not currently pre-inked available.
The coloring was done with the new watercolor-paints of the company Zirkonzahn in combined „dive–brush method„.
The translucency is very similar to e–max and also the hardness and grindability similar to this material.
Since the hardness of the new zirconium is particularly similar to e–max, this is likely to be the antagonist–friendliest zircon our product line. Advantage of this zircon towards e–max is the simple and inexpensive production, as it can be dry milled from a complete blank. Furthermore, the coloring can be made individually and therefore the various color spaces are defined exactly within the anatomy. For veneering no individual burn stumps are needed and also the crystallization fire eliminated.
Also the storage is easier and cheaper than with e–max, because from one Blank can all sizes and colors be milled.
Cementation is carried out preferably adhesively as with all zircons. There are also zirconium-bonders available.
